A major bulky goods retail shopping centre development featuring 63,000 m2 of lettable floor space. This $180 million project involved comprehensive monthly reporting to joint venture partners, representation at meetings with the design and construct builder, and novated consultants. Responsibilities included value management, management of variations, and design problem-solving. The project was successfully completed on budget and on time in 2009.
