Lightsview is a multi-award-winning, master-planned residential community located just 8 kilometres northeast of Adelaide’s CBD. Spanning over 100 hectares, this joint venture between Renewal SA and Peet Limited transformed a former CSIRO agricultural research site into one of Australia’s most liveable suburbs.

A nationally awarded urban renewal project transforming an inner-metropolitan site into a vibrant community of over 2,000 homes. The development included a mix of apartments, townhouses, and commercial spaces.
