A transformative $1.8 billion infrastructure project delivering 13 kilometres of underground rail and three new stations in Sydney’s west.

Involvement focused on commercial oversight within the design consultancy team, contributing to the successful coordination of contractual and financial frameworks in a highly complex delivery environment.

Ben held the role of Commercial Manager for the design team which was a JV between PB (now WSP) and GHD) working for the design and construct builders Theiss Hochtief JV.

He also managed the alignment and durability design reporting during the design phase of the project.
