We are proud to continue our strategic partnership with Harvey Norman on the Stage 3 upgrade of their key logistics and warehousing facility in Stapylton. This stage forms part of a long-term infrastructure enhancement plan designed to futureproof Harvey Norman’s national distribution capabilities.

Scope of Works:

• Expansion and optimization of existing warehouse infrastructure
• Integration of high-capacity racking and advanced logistics systems
• Upgrades to loading docks, internal circulation, and heavy vehicle maneuvering zones
• Fire safety compliance and services upgrades
• Site drainage and pavement works

Our Role:
As the client-side project management consultant, Norman Global Projects is overseeing all phases of project planning, stakeholder coordination, contractor engagement, and delivery oversight to ensure program alignment, cost control, and risk management on behalf of Harvey Norman. Our team provides hands-on leadership from pre-construction through to final handover, ensuring that the facility meets current and future operational demands.
